This policy explains how San Miguel Tech uses the information you share when requesting a diagnosis, remote support, an on-site visit or another technical service.
Last updated: July 13, 2026.
1. Information we may receive
We may receive your name, WhatsApp number, optional email address, preferred language, approximate location or neighborhood, device information, brand, model, operating system, problem description, photos, screenshots, requested service mode and preferred date.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, banking information, complete identity documents or other sensitive information through the form or WhatsApp.
2. How we use the information
The information is used to identify your request, assess the problem, communicate with you, schedule an appointment, prepare a diagnosis or quote, provide the authorized service, document the work and address follow-up questions.
We do not sell your information or use it to create advertising profiles unrelated to the service you requested.
3. Technology providers
The website uses technology services required for operation, including hosting, database, security, forms and messaging. These providers may process technical or request information only to provide their infrastructure and according to their own terms and security measures.
We may also retain limited technical records to prevent abuse, investigate errors and protect the website.
4. Remote support and device access
Remote access is performed only with your express authorization. You can view and end the session at any time. Access is closed when the session finishes, and no permanent connection is maintained without a specific agreement.
When signing in to an account is necessary, the client should enter the password directly and restore or review security settings after service.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information for the time reasonably necessary to handle the request, provide the service, resolve follow-up questions, maintain administrative records and meet applicable obligations. It may then be deleted, anonymized or retained only when there is a legitimate reason to do so.
6. Your privacy requests
You may request information about data associated with your case, ask for a correction or request deletion when appropriate. To locate the request, provide your name and, if available, the service request number.
